Recently, iPhone XR received a limited time price reduction on all three storage options in India, but the offer was limited to Apple’s authorized retail partners and was set to go live today. Fortunately, the limited period price cut on the Apple XR is now live on Amazon.in as well for those who wanted the offer to come online and spare them a visit to a retail store. After the price cut, the iPhone XR now starts for the 64 GB base model at Rs. 59,900 on Amazon.in. Unfortunately, if the iPhone XR is purchased online from Amazon.in, the additional cashback for debit and credit card holders from HDFC Bank will not apply. Notably, the iPhone XR price cut is not yet available for Flipkart.

As for pricing, following the price cut, the iPhone XR 64 GB variant is now available on Amazon.in for Rs. 59,900. The variants of the iPhone XR are 128 GB and 256 GB respectively for Rs. 64,900 and Rs. 74,900. In addition, Amazon.in offers customers of major banks in India, including credit card holders from HDFC Bank, no-cost EMI offerings. There’s also an exchange offer on the XR that will allow buyers to get up to Rs. 17,400 off when trading on their old smartphone. In addition, online shoppers can take advantage of their membership with Amazon Prime, provided they have one.

The limited time price reduction on the iPhone XR (Review) brings the price down to the same level for all three storage variants, whether purchased from a licensed retail store or Amazon.in. But the big difference is the cashback offer for HDFC Bank debit and credit card holders, as they can only use the 10 percent extra cashback when purchasing from an Apple authorized retail store, bringing the iPhone XR’s effective starting price down to Rs. 53,900.
